Whether a new product concept you'd like us to try, or an adjustment to one of those standing products from our line, this non-refundable deposit is required for us to begin work on any custom project.
This is only a deposit. In general, custom work is billable on a time-and-materials basis. By submitting your deposit, you are acknowledging that our time and effort has a cost, and are accepting the responsibility to pay for those efforts.

When you place an order with us, we will be building your new gear specifically for you. This takes longer than grabbing something from a shipping container - - - but it gives us the opportunity to make any adjustments up-front to best fit your needs.
