Made with pride in the USA, our gear is durable and built to last for years to come. As such, we are proud to warrant our products to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.|
|SHIPPING||We do our best to deliver gear as quickly as possible, and most orders ship in 7-10 business days. During busy seasons (Thanksgiving through Easter) the volume of orders we receive typically slow our ability to build / deliver goods – and orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to fulfill. Please plan for this if you’re ordering during this time.
Why? Because our packs and every garment we ship are custom built to order. We hand-cut, prep, build, and ship every piece of gear like a custom piece, and this takes longer than it would if we were pulling packs from stock.
Custom bag and pack orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete and ship – so please get those orders in well in advance of your date of need.
|RETURN POLICY||Vedavoo custom apparel and any bags and packs designed and delivered by custom order are not subject to return. Please make sure you submit your orders with care, and communicate your needs fully.
All non-custom Vedavoo products purchased directly from vedavoo.com may be returned in original/unused condition within 30 days of the date of shipment. If you wish to return your product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with you name, order number, the items you plan to return, and your reasons for returning them. We will respond with an authorization slip and instructions for completing your return. Once we have received your return, you will be issued a refund / credit for the purchase price of the product less any transaction fees we were charged when we took your order. Any additional shipping charges you incur in the process of the return will not be credited.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in orders or additional costs incurred for shipping or other due to incomplete or incorrectly provided information. Please make sure that your address, contact, and billing information are entered correctly in your orders to prevent these.
Products purchased from one of our retail outlets should be returned to the original store where you made your purchase.
|GUARANTEE CLAIMS||If your gear has failed due to a defect in our workmanship or the materials we used, and you are the original owner, please email us at email@example.com with your name, the product that failed, and a description of the failure so that we can help correct the problem. We are happy to repair or replace any gear that fails due to defects.|
