Cathy is an enthusiastic outdoorswoman who enjoys just “being out there”. Growing up in Maine and now living on the New Hampshire Seacoast, Cathy is happier outside than in. She is an energetic mother of two who enjoys sea kayaking, mountain biking, running, backpacking. Cathy has a serious snowboarding problem and has been known to throw all responsibilities to the wind and declare her own snow day.

Cathy is a formally trained fine artist and printmaker. She is a self taught graphic designer who now heads her own business. Cathy has found her passion in working with small companies and individuals, thriving on the personal collaboration and energy that it entails.

For Vedavoo, Cathy has been central to our production. acting as the bridge between the workshop and the manufacturer. With all of our original designs, she has converted our original hard-copy patterns to digital format for machine cutting – - – a task that is anything but simple. Her efforts ensure that every piece of fabric, every stitch, and every buckle are exactly where they were intended to be, and that every Vedavoo bag or pack is built according to our standards.

Cathy is the Founder and Lead Designer at CSM Designs, where she supports a variety of clients with graphic design needs including print marketing, logo development, website design, and original graphic artwork for snowboards.
